By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of our site, including but not limited to browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and measurements are as accurate as possible.
• Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabricdye batches. These are not considered defects.
• All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Measurements are taken on one side of the garment, laid flat, in inches.
• Due to manual measurement and fabric properties, a variance of up to 1 inch is expected and does not constitute a defect.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• All refunds, for any reason, will be issued in store credit only.
• Changes to colour, size, or design after order confirmation are not allowed.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout; missed codes cannot be applied retroactively.
• Each order is eligible for a one-time return credit only.
• Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Shipping Method & Rates

• Standard Courier via Ninja Van: $4.00 flat fee.
• Free shipping for orders above $60 (after discounts, excluding shipping fees).

Processing Time

• Internal processing may take up to 2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after payment verification.
• Orders will be dispatched after processing is complete.

Delivery Attempts

• Ninja Van will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
• If delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to us and re-delivery fees will apply.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for regular-priced items only.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All returns will be refunded as store credit valid for 6 months.
• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Slight imperfections (e.g., buttons, zippers, lace, embroidery, mesh, embellishments) that do not affect overall wearability are not considered defects.
• Small specks on light-coloured fabrics, especially linen or printed materials, are unavoidable and not considered defects.
• The final decision on defects rests with Boomi Rae.

Item Condition

Returned items must be:

• In original plastic packaging (returns without packaging will be rejected).
• With paper tag intact.
• In original clear sizing packaging.
• Unwashed, unaltered, unworn.
• With all original accessories included.
• Free from makeup stains, odours, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items (final sale, sold as-is).
• Items purchased from third-party stockists.
• Items with minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.

Procedure

1. Email us at boomi.wear@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Use the subject line: Return Order – [Your Order Number].
3. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
4. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
5. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and your order number.

• Estimated arrival: 6–8 weeks (unless otherwise stated).
• Arrival dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.
• Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together when all items have arrived.
• To ship in-stock items first, additional postage fees apply.

• All photos, designs, and content on our website and social media belong to Boomi Rae.
• Use of our content for resale or commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to take legal action against copyright infringement.

Boomi Rae reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
