Returns & Exchanges

At Boomi Rae, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If for any reason your order isn't right, we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before proceeding with your request.


General Policy

  • Returns are accepted for regular-priced items only.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • All approved returns will be refunded as store credit valid for 6 months.
  • We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Each order is entitled to a one-time return for store credit only. Purchases made with store credits are not eligible for further returns/exchanges.
  • Boomi Rae reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge and agree to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligibility & Item Condition

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • In original clear plastic packaging (returns without packaging will be rejected).
  • With the Boomi Rae paper tag intact.
  • In original sizing packaging, if provided.
  • Unwashed, unaltered, unworn.
  • With all original accessories included.
  • Free from makeup stains, odours or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items / final sale items (sold as-is).
  • Items purchased from third-party stockists.
  • Items with minor imperfections that do not affect wearability (e.g., small specks on light fabrics, slight thread issues, minor lace/zipper irregularities).
  • Items reported after the stated return window.


Exchanges

  • Exchange is only available for wrong item/size received or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the originally purchased item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
  • All exchanges must meet the same item condition requirements stated above.

Wrong Item or Defective Items

We strive to ensure every item goes through careful quality checks. However, in the rare case you receive a defective item:
1. Email boomi.wear@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]
  • A snapshot of your invoice
  • Clear photos of the item received (or defected item)

Important Notes:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt (local & overseas).
  • Items must remain in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchange/store credit will only be offered if the claim is valid and the item is returned in original condition.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Not Considered Defects:

  • Measurement discrepancies under 0.75”
  • Slight colour variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings
  • Washable stains or marks
  • Issues caused by washing (e.g. colour run, shrinkage, stretching). We strongly recommend and avoiding soaking.



Return Store Credit

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit will only be issued to the original order account.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.



How to Return a Return/Exchange

  1. Email boomi.wear@gmail.com with the subject line:
    Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number].
  2. State the reason for your return/exchange and attach relevant photos (if applicable).
  3. We will respond within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm).
  4. Once approved, you may proceed to return the parcel via a trackable mailing method.

All Direct Messages (Instagram/Tiktok/etc.) relating to exchanges or returns will be redirected to email for proper tracking.
